Secrets in Lace Dita Von Teese Collection

Strictly speaking, my inner state can be divided into three different characters- a gothic macabre self, a vintage glamorous self (inspired by the ethereal Dita Vion Teese), and a more modern eccentric/ artistic self (inspired by the lovely Daphne Guinness).

Focusing more on my vintage glamorous side today, I generally live a life immersed in the old ways of glamor, hence my undying love for steel boned corsets and vintage suspender stockings. Their lingerie range is quite comprehensive, which of course includes suspender belts and hosiery. Its star attraction, the Dita Von Teese Collection is truly glamorous in every sense of the word, because not only is the Burlesque Queen known to wear these stockings frequentkly, she co-designs them as well!

My absolute favorite is the Dita's Diamond Backseam (The leg comes in both grey and beige). But however I put it, 60 US Dollars (which dsnt include international shipping cost) for a pair of stockings are still quite pricey. I thought it over for weeks and weeks, then thought, screw my budgets, they are so exquisite and are the perfect jewel to adorn my legs! They arrived earlier this week and are the best stockings I have ever laid my hands on (both in terms of quality and aesthetics). Sigh, I think I have a new fetish now =)

Oh and one last thought, 6 straps suspenders are the best because they hold the stockings more firmly in place, making them less able to twist! Add satin gloves and a pair of Louboutins (shown below with my 6 strap suspender belt is my Louboutin 160 Alti Pump), and you are ready to conquer the world!
